Due to the perishable nature of flowers and customized arrangements, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Damaged or poor-quality flowers

  • Order not delivered within the agreed timeframe

Proof (photos/videos) must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized arrangements

  • Same-day delivery orders

  • Promotional or discounted items

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
